 How Does It Work? 

 All custom orders are handmade right here in the US and are then shipped straight to you. Each letter is hand set individually, and is made to order. While we strive to make them as similar as possible, slight variations may occur in the stamping. These are not imperfections but are what make your handmade product unique and special. Please allow 3-5 days business days (we are closed holidays) for all orders to be processed, created, and packed for shipping. Every custom item is especially handcrafted for you!  The best things in life take that extra love to make them perfect. We always work hard to send the best to you in the most efficient time.   

            

When Will My Item Ship? 

(DO TO COVID AND THE POSTAL SERVICE WE CANNOT GUARANTEE HOLIDAY DELIVERY ON ORDERS PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 10TH) 

We ship every business day via USPS (excluding holidays). Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. Once shipped all orders in about a week depending on your location from us.  You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. We always strive to send the best to you in the most efficient time.

Returns

Due to the nature of our custom collections being a special order and hand-stamped personally for you we cannot accept returns.  

If you don't love your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of your receipt for exchange or refunds all NON-custom items in our collection. All returns will be credited once product is returned to seller.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How Do I Care for my new Product? 

Raw Brass:  Mantra Mine uses 100% Raw Brass.  It is reccomended that you don't wear them in the shower or swimming for longevity, however if you do, please dry it off to reduce oxidation. Polishing cloths or cleaning solutions work great to keep the beautiful shine of your new product or you can let it patina naturally for a more urban rustic look. 

          

Payment 

 Mantra Mine accepts PayPal and all Major Credit/Debit Cards.  All items are paid through PayPal secure Credit Card Check out.  All payments are backed by PayPal-Pro Merchant Secure payments, a PayPal account is not required.  You can check out as a Guest or Create an account when checking out.  An Account is the best options, so you can track your order and check shipping easily, but an account is not required. 

 

Discount Codes 

Most of our discount codes are single use codes.  They can be used once per customer and may be entered at the final check out page.  These codes cannot be applied retroactively, they must be applied at the time of purchase.
